Turn off the stove, oven, and air conditioning/heating when not in use. • No smoking of any kind inside the property. ($1,000 penalty) • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor parties, or bachelorette parties. • No extra or overnight guests without prior approval. ($100 per extra guest per night) • No mail or packages may be delivered to the property. • Do not move, rearrange, or remove furniture. • Do not unplug televisions, Wi-Fi equipment, or other electronics provided in the home. • No pre-check-in luggage or bag storage available. • No pets allowed. • Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests at all times. • Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces assigned during check-in. • Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. No loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances after this time. • Guests are responsible for keeping shared spaces clean after use, including the shared bathroom and kitchen. **We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and retain the security deposit if any of these rules are violated.
