Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the heart of Miami at The Club at Brickell Bay Drive. This modern and stylish retreat offers stunning views of the city skyline and bay, making it the perfect place to relax. The condo features three queen-size beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that can accommodate up to 6 people located in the Downtown Brickell area at The Club at Brickell Bay Drive. This modern and stylish retreat offers stunning views of the city skyline and bay, making it the perfect place to relax. The condo features three queen-size beds, making it ideal for families or groups. One bedroom includes two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and access to the second bathroom. The condo also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious walk in closet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private balcony for you to enjoy the warm Miami breeze while taking in the city and water views. Registered Guests can enjoy Resort Style Amenities at the Club on the 14th Floor : 2 Pools Jacuzzi Gym Sauna Game Lounge Social Lounge Kid’s Room Brickell ** Building requires name and copy of photo ID, email address and phone number for main guest that will be checking in. IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the name and ID of the first person to arrive at the property is given. We can only register a guest once. We cannot make any changes to registration once it is done. For any changes after registration a fee of approx. $60 will be incurred. Please send name and copy of ID as soon as possible. **Check-in Process - Check in time begins @ 4pm. You will check in with the front desk. Building only gives one FOB for access to elevator and building amenities. Once you check in, the front desk will give you elevator access to the 26th floor. For the front door we use August Smart Lock (you will need to provide a valid phone number and download the app). We will send you an invite to have access to the door via your mobile device. We can also send various invites if you need for your other guests. Inside the unit you will find a keychain with the FOB and a backup hard key for the lock. If you want to have more FOBS for your family and friends you may go to the front desk or management office (located on the 14th floor) and buy a mobile FOB via an app for $10 each (plus tax). This will give you access via your phone to use elevators and amenities. Registered guest must present identification to obtain this access. ** Per building administration rules, each apartment is limited to one physical key and one fob. However, our smart lock system allows access via a mobile app, and we can provide multiple digital entry codes for convenience. If needed, registered guests may purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for approximately $10. This service is available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. ** Building offers luggage storage @ $5 per suitcase, you will need to coordinate and pay them directly. ** Assigned Parking space for one vehicle is included with your stay. You will need to provide the front desk with vehicle information once you arrive. The front desk will provide you with a pass. NOTE: building has very compact parking spaces that can accommodate only regular-sized vehicles. Parking for larger cars such as SUV's, Trucks or vans will need to be arranged and paid separately by the guest via Valet parking for a moderate fee. We are advising of this as we cannot be responsible for any damage to vehicles due to compact space. ** Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. **The unit you have rented is located within a residential building which means there are permanent residents living in the building and therefore we cannot be responsible for construction noise due to a resident working inside their unit. The building follows city code and any construction work will be done during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday (no Major Holidays) and no noisy work is done on weekends. Any noise after this time or during weekends can be reported to property manager or hotel staff. ** This building is residential, and all units are individually owned and operated and/or lived in. We are not responsible for any noise (including construction) that is taking place outside of our unit or in the surrounding area which is beyond our control. If noise such as music, yelling, etc is coming from a nearby unit, and it is quiet hours (10pm-7am), you can call the front desk to report the noise and they will send security up ** Because the unit is located in a residential building, there may be times where the building will need to do maintenance or repairs on certain things unexpectedly in order to keep things running smoothly. We will do our best to give advance notice, but is not always possible depending on the urgency or the information relayed to us. We kindly ask for patience and cooperation and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. ** **Please note this is a private unit located in a residential building and there is no daily housekeeping included and there is no onsite cleaning crew. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. The front desk cannot provide extra towels or sheets, please do not ask them. Replenishment of toiletries are not provided. **For stays between 10-14 days we will require a maintenance cleaning during your stay. **For stays between 14-28 days we will require two maintenance cleanings during your stay. (Note: Due to the nature of this business and the need to replace certain furnishings, there may be some items such as art, lamps, linen, pillows, and furniture that differ from pictures)

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
