This beautiful condo shares the amenities of the W Miami Hotel Residences, Icon Brickell. We are in the heart of Miami.
*Only 2 adults may register for amenities; minors under 18 are excluded from the count. pool is only open Friday–Sunday ONLY, due to scheduled building maintenance. The balconies are shut from the outside and inaccessible due to construction with a safety mesh on the windows.
Enjoy a luxurious stay in this condo at the W Miami Hotel Residences - Icon Brickell Tower 3. The condo has a KING bed with its own access to the balcony, two twin beds and a large pull out couch. Located in the heart of Brickell, the building is walking distance from restaurants, parks, bars and more. The condo faces the ocean and the bay and the largest and most famous pool of Miami. The whole apartment is available (990 Sq Ft --92 m2-- living area). There's are 2 Flat Screen Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen and tons of amenities.

The building management requires us to register the all guests with a copy of photo ID before the arrival. Please make sure to send the copy through the app or to your check-in person on your check-in day.
We’ll also need to know at what time exactly you’ll arrive at the building to not cause delays in your check-in process.
Brickell is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers. Brickell Avenue, Brickell's main north–south avenue and along with Miami Avenue, is home to many popular Miami restaurants, shops, and places of entertainment.
Penalties for:
Unauthorized late checkout $150 until 1pm, after that, $100 more per hour (you have to leave at 11am sharp or before)
Smoking $200
Pet in the property $500
Lost FOB $150
If any neighbor complains $250
If the police come to the apartment $500
Other things broken or damaged $100 or 150% of the price on Walmart, whichever is higher.
The bathtub/hot tube is NOT an amenity. Please, do NOT try to fill it. If the water goes above a certain level, it starts leaking in the apartment below.
Remember we’re not responsible for any incident in the shared spaces, including the pool area. Use these spaces at your own risk.
Cable TV, or any other form of TV/video access, is *not* provided.
Air conditioner: 72 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 72 F, don’t put the the air conditioner’s temperature below 72 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down.
This place was not adapted to people with any medical condition, special sensitivity or of any specific age. Noise levels, temperature, odors and other characteristics of the location were not designed to avoid the activation or worsening of any health related problem, pre-existing or not, or any sensitivity.
There’re cleaning products in the property, accessible by the guests. If you’re coming with minors or people with some disability, please, be sure they won’t access these materials.
We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place.
Florida weather attracts animal life. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extend of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding.
If you are going to need any kids or babies amenities we offer, please, let us know in advance, so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low demand equipments.
“Dress Code - We would like to remind when entering and exiting the common areas of the Property, all Guest and Residents are required to adhere to proper dress code such as shirt, pants, and shoes.
Balconies - Please do not throw or drop off anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit at any time.
Check-in Process - one of our staff will personally meet you in the lobby to assist your check in. You must let us know the time of arrival so we can coordinate to be present at that time. If not previously advised you may have to wait in the lobby for one of our staff to arrive. Check in is from 3:00-10:00pm
After 10:00pm a $50 cash fee is applicable payable upon arrival.
Check out is by 11:00am.
If not previously discussed a late check out will be charged a $150 after 30 min. And increments of $150 every hour after that.
We greatly appreciate your attention to these matters
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and of other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
Our hotel offers paid valet parking only. This is a separate service provided by the building.
Parking rates are :
Hourly Rate
• 0–1 hours: $16.00
• 1–4 hours: $24.00
• 4–10 hours: $30.00
• 10–24 hours: $50.00
Please note no re-entry service provided, charges apply each time you take out your car.
Balconies are inaccessible and there will be a protective film over the windows during the construction process.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
