This modest home is located in the Bay Vista Park area. It is a 3 bedroom ( 2 available), 1 bath home that is less than 5 minutes to Midtown, Wynwood, Design District, Hospitals, and I-95 . The area is extremely quiet at night as there are only two other homes on the street. The host lives approximately 15 minutes away and will be available if the need arises. You will not be disappointed with your stay at “Ernie B’s”. Guest must have reviews from previous stays( NO exceptions). The location of this home is close to most of Miami’s adult and children’s attractions. The bedrooms feature king and queen sized beds. Lawn chairs are provided for backyard lounging. Guests have full access to all amenities mentioned. The neighborhood has a variety of options available to assist in your stay. As host, we are available to assist. We can be contacted via telephone call or text. The home is within walking distance to a public park, 10 minutes to the airport and many other shopping areas. Guests can drive to any of the local attractions; however uber/ Lyft are available options. To help prevent the spread of Corona Virus, the home is being professionally fumigated ( see photos) after each guest checkout.The cost is included in the cleaning fee.
