Please place trash bins curbside the evening before pickup whenever possible. ✨🦟 FLORIDA SUBTROPICAL INSECT AWARENESS Due to Florida’s warm, humid subtropical climate, insects may occasionally appear despite routine professional pest control treatments. In some cases, treatments may result in insects occasionally being found already deceased. To help minimize activity during your stay: • Keep doors closed whenever possible • Dispose of trash daily • Store food in sealed containers Thank you for your understanding as this is a normal part of South Florida’s tropical environment. ✨🧴 STARTER SUPPLIES PROVIDED A complimentary starter supply of essentials is provided for approximately the first 24–48 hours of your stay. Additional supplies may be purchased by guests depending on the length of stay and personal usage needs. ✨💧 OPTIONAL POOL HEATING Pool heating is available upon request. Please notify us at least 48 hours before arrival if you would like the pool heating activated for your stay. ✨🛠️ POOL MAINTENANCE VISITS The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday, although schedules may occasionally vary depending on weather or holidays. Our pool technician may briefly access the backyard through the side walkway using authorized entry access. No guest interaction or entry into the home is required. ✨🌿 OUTDOOR AREA NATURE NOTICE Due to surrounding trees and Miami’s tropical climate, leaves and natural outdoor debris may occasionally accumulate around exterior areas during your stay. Outdoor spaces are cleaned prior to arrival; however, weather and wind conditions may naturally cause debris to reappear afterward. We appreciate your understanding. ✨⚡ UTILITY ACCESS — WATER & ELECTRIC City utility personnel or Florida Power & Light may occasionally require brief access to exterior utility meters or service panels located outside the home.
