There are Two more bedrooms that sleep 2 in each room. in the Living room there are two queen size sleeper sofas that also sleep 2 on each sofa which sums up to a total of 10 spaces for sleeping in the house. Also in the air conditioned garage/movie room there is a large L shaped sofa that can sleep 2 more people aswell.

The garage is air conditioned and converted into a movie room with flat screen tv and L shaped couch. Also a glass sliding door is installed in the garage you can let the garage door up and still keep the cool air in.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
