Private , charming centrally located suite close to nearly anywhere in town you would like to visit. Five minutes from expressways and airport. Coral Gables, Dadeland, Dolphin Mall, International Mall, Wynwood, Downtown, Miami Beach, many plastic surgery facilities , delicious restaurants and hospitals are a short trip away. Uber and Lyft would be economical to nearly anywhere. There is also public transportation and Trolley (free rides)

Spaces that can be enjoyed are patio area in entrance, ( see pictures) living areas, bedroom and one other room that has a Daybed (Twin Size), a small table and the kitchen, (refrigerator sink drawers with everything you need for your stay , two burners stove (see pics) and driveway for parking.
We are always available to answer any of your questions or concerns via telephone if we are not next door. Phone numbers are posted on site and can be used with Whatsapp.
Our neighborhood is a very charming neighborhood, quiet, family oriented and extremely centrally located.
Public transportation is a block away and Uber and Lyft is very economical as well. If you have any questions during your stay please ask and we can help.
We also leave fruits, coffee, cream sugar, butter so you have something for your arrival specially if is late at night and you haven’t bought your usual consumption.
There is also a washer and dryer that you can use
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
