It is centrally located in the most trendy Brickell neighborhood of Miami, within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
The spacious suite features two queen beds and a den with a queen sofa bed, kitchenette, dining, sitting area, and a balcony. It can accommodate up to 6 pp.
Please be advised that hotel will charge daily resort fee of $25
You’ll have access to 9th floor swimming pools,and gym, which access is covered with daily resort fee of $25 plus taxes. There is a complete spa on premises paid separately. Valet parking has a $50 daily which is collected directly from them.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
