Brickell is an urban neighborhood in Miami and is South Florida's major financial district. Brickell is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers.
Brickell Avenue the main north–south avenue is the home of many popular Miami restaurants, shops, Miami Brickell Centre and other places of entertainment.
Don't worry to find a parking spot in the area, we offer a FREE spot for one car inside of the building.
We are extremely well located and everything is in a walkable distance. Right in the corner you can find a CVS pharmacy and a 7/Eleven. One block away you can find a very nice restaurant with a great view "Crazy about you" and the famous restaurant "Nusr-Et Steakhouse". Other nearby stores and places are Starbucks, Publix Supermarket, the US Post Office and the Brickell City Centre.

If you want to ride Public transportation, the closest monorail station is "The Tenth St/ Promenade" just one block away. Uber and Lyft are easy to get and there are motor scooters or City bikes for rent that you can find usually on the street.
Building Registration
To comply with building requirements, all guests must be registered before arrival. Building management requires a valid government-issued ID and an email address for each reservation. Registration must be completed prior to check-in in order to access the building and apartment. Once approved, we will send you the confirmation and access instructions.
Housekeeping
The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. We kindly ask guests to leave the apartment in reasonable condition upon departure. If excessive cleaning is required beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee of up to $120 may be requested through Airbnb AirCover.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damage to furniture, appliances, décor, linens, towels, or other property items may result in a reimbursement request through Airbnb AirCover.
Lost Keys & Access Devices
• Lost FOB (electronic key): $100
• Lost apartment key: $50
Locksmith Service
If a locksmith is required due to lost keys, lockouts, damaged locks, or guest-related door issues during or immediately after your stay, the associated cost of $350 will be charged to the guest.
Late Check-Out
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Up to 30 minutes late: $20 fee.
• 30 to 60 minutes late: $50 fee.
• More than 60 minutes late without prior approval: $100 fee.
Additional charges may apply if a delayed departure impacts scheduled cleaning services, building operations, or incoming guests, including, when applicable, the cost of an additional night's stay.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
