This area is perfect for gathering with family, watching TV, relaxing after a long day, or enjoying quiet moments indoors. Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room, you will find the dining area, which features a spacious table with seating for 8 guests. It is a great place to enjoy meals together, share conversations, or gather before heading outside to enjoy the entertainment areas. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all connected in an open-concept layout, creating a comfortable flow throughout the main space of the home. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need to prepare meals, snacks, and drinks during their stay. Its open layout makes it easy to cook while still staying connected with family and friends in the dining and living areas. Please note: The kitchen does not include an oven & dishwasher. The area is well known for being home to Hard Rock Stadium, one of Miami’s major sports and entertainment venues, as well as nearby attractions like Calder Casino. Miami Gardens is centrally positioned in north Miami-Dade, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, making it a practical location for guests visiting for events, family trips, business, or exploring different parts of South Florida. Guests can enjoy being in a local residential neighborhood while still having access to shopping areas, restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets, and everyday conveniences nearby. The location is especially convenient for guests attending football games, concerts, Formula 1 events, the Miami Open, or other major events hosted around Hard Rock Stadium. A car is highly recommended for this location. Miami Gardens is also served by nearby transit connections such as Golden Glades Station and Opa-Locka Station, but rideshare or a personal vehicle will usually be the most convenient way to get around. For stadium events, guests should plan ahead, as traffic can be heavier around Hard Rock Stadium during games, concerts, tennis tournaments, and major events. We recommend leaving early, checking traffic conditions, and confirming parking or rideshare plans in advance. CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self-checkout: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the apartment ready for next guests. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. PARKING: You can park in the driveway area up to 2 vehicles. LAUNDRY: Laundry area is next to the kitchen. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it.
