Guest Information After booking, guests are required to provide a photo of their ID for registration. This must be presented at the front desk or valet upon arrival. Parking details will be provided after confirmation, and vehicle information must be submitted prior to check-in. Cleaning During the stay, any additional cleaning services must be arranged directly with the hotel and will be paid by the guest. Resort Fee The mandatory $75 resort fee charged by the hotel is already included in the total reservation amount. Keys & Fob Guests will receive a fob for access to the building and common areas. Lost or damaged fobs incur a $50 replacement fee, and lost keys incur a $10 fee. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 penalty will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking.
