Our 2 bedrooms accommodate comfortably 6 guests:

• 2 in the secondary bedroom (King-size bed or 2 twin beds, that can be
arranged either way upon request)
• 2 guests on a sofa-bed in the living room.
With 2 fully equipped bathrooms you will experience full comfort, in the main bedroom you have separate bathtub and shower, as well as 2 sinks perfect for couples. On both bathrooms you'll find hand soap, shampoo, body gel, hair dryers and more.
Our open kitchen is equipped with all you need to spend quality time with you're loved ones preparing your favorite dishes.

On Nov 10, 2025 the outdoor furniture moves inside, before window film, then noise will be heard in this building between 8:00am-6:00pm Mon-Thur. THIS apartment’s BALCONY will be LOCKED OFF and the WINDOWS will be COVERED with protective FILM. Indoor spa & fitness centers will remain FULLY OPEN. Access to the spa/gym is through the 15th floor parking garage.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
