Entire rental unit. Independent studio with door to the outside

Come to a comfy place surrounded by nature, tranquility and beauty. We are close to shopping centers (Dadeland and Sunset Place Malls) and walking distance to a family park, convenient stores, a pharmacy, bus stops, and the University of Miami. The Metro rail South Miami station is 1 mile away, walking distance is 20 minutes. Our place is good for families (with kids) too. You will find a spacious place with a nice view to the street, a full size bed and a full size futon. A desk to work. You will have a small fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker. A dinning set and utensils. You will also have a nice full bathroom for yourself. No kitchen available. No TV. You may hear ocasional barking because we have two Labrador dogs and a Maltesse that are all very friendly . Enjoy ducks, iguanas, lizards, squirrels, turtles, and big trees in our safe neighborhood. In addition to the central air conditioning, the studio has a new air conditioning on the wall in case you need extra cold air. In the morning, when we are out, we tend to raise the temperature level of the house. You will have independent access to the studio using the gate on the left side of the house (facing the house). The best way to contact us is via text. Bring comfortable shoes to walk around and enjoy so much beauty: trees, canals, wonderful houses, beautiful people, and peace!!! Three blocks from a park with tennis and handball courts. Uber/Lift services are the best and more convenient way to move around in Miami. There is a new Freebe shuttle service that will pick you up at home, but it will only take you to The City of South Miami boundaries. From home, you can walk to the bus stop - 5 minutes- and metro station - 25 minutes. 20 minutes drive to Downtown Miami 45 minutes drive to South Beach (Miami Beach) 30 minutes walk to Sunset Mall and South Miami downtown 12 minutes driving to the closest beach/marina on Matheson Hammock Park Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden Although you will NOT share your space (totally independent room), the studio is attached to our house. This is a family house with children. All rules of decency and good manners should be followed. We DO NOT have TV. We do not have Stove. There is Freebee ride system is that will take free anywhere in the city of South Miami.
