Book now for an unforgettable getaway! There’s 3 bed rooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There’s also a day bad and a sitting area with a pull out sofa to accommodate additional guest. It also has a closet area and small office with a view of the lake side French doors that lead outside to a walk way . The second has a queen bed wardrobe closet the third room has a pull out bed and serves as a functioning recording studio. There’s an exterior door as well for out side access. There’s direct lake access Jets skis are available for rent if your interested let send me a message. Our guest have access to pretty much the whole property. The main recording studio is only available upon request and there’s a $300 up charge per day for full access to the main recording studio. We are available during your stay if you have any questions or need help with anything. Please send us a message via the app. The property is in a very central location minute from highway access. Aventura mall , Beaches , Wynwood, South Beach, Fort lauderdale and Miami international Airport. There is ample parking on the property. If you want to go the the mall or in town we suggest an Uber , Lyft or Cab
