You do not need to go indoors—just help maintain a peaceful environment. Noise Monitoring A noise monitoring system measures sound levels (decibels only, no audio recording). If levels exceed limits, alerts are sent to both you and the host. We appreciate your cooperation. 🎥 Exterior Cameras Cameras are installed only in exterior areas and remain active at all times for security purposes. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is not permitted. ($250 fee if violated) Aroma A fragrance diffuser is used in the main areas. If you prefer a scent-free environment, you may unplug it at any time. ✨ Cleaning Standards The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized to high standards, with inspections completed prior to each stay. Insect Precautions Due to South Florida’s climate, insects may occasionally be present. Please keep doors closed to minimize this. 🐕 Pet Policy Pets are allowed with a $150 fee per pet. 🔥 Propane Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill are provided. Please notify us if a replacement is needed. 🌿🏊 Service Schedule Landscaping and pool service occur weekly. Let us know at check-in if you’d like advance notice. Wildlife Notice Local wildlife (such as iguanas and small lizards) may be seen outdoors. They are harmless and part of the natural environment.
