Quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything you need. 20-min walk/5-min car ride to UM. Self-check-in w/keypad entry. Separate bedroom w/ king-size bed, kitchen, washer/dryer, tv, high-speed fiber optic wi-fi, huge heated pool (shared) with outdoor shower. Pet Fee. Enjoy your own cottage amongst the tropical plants and orchids, with lots of space to roam around the gardens. Good for business travel as well as we have a desk plus a dining table and high speed fiber optic cable. Gated parking for 1 car. You will have the entire guest cottage to yourself. The grounds and pool are shared with the owners of the property that live in the main house. *we don’t host post-surgical stays. You will have access to the grounds and pool which are shared with the main house. There is a long uncovered walk from the parking area to the cottage. We live on the property and we are available if you have questions or issues. We are close to South Miami and Coral Gables, both have great shopping and restaurants. We are about 15 minutes from Miami International Airport. If you don’t have your own car or will not rent one, we have Uber and Lyft in the area. We are about a 20 minute walk from the Metro rail. We have a whole-home water filtration system. Please do not book this space if you are afraid of or have allergies to dogs as we have a small sweet goldendoodle that lives on the property. We do not host post-surgical stays. We do not allow additional guests on the property at any time.
