Perfectly situated, you're just 8 minutes from Miami International Airport, making this the ideal retreat for both relaxation and exploration. I live on the property in the main house. I am always reachable by text, email, or cell. I will meet you for a quick check-in - to give you the keys etc. The neighborhood is one of the oldest in Miami, with lots of beautiful homes dating back to the 1920's. Our home called "Melocoton" was once part of a peach plantation and was featured in Architectural Digest. The house is only a few blocks from a variety of restaurants, banks and shopping. Historic Miracle Mile is walking distance, there is a grocery store, mini Target and pharmacy close by. There is a free shuttle service, FreeBee, which will take you all around Coral Gables, you just have to download the app. If you have a car - there is plenty of parking on the street. Uber and Lyft can be economical ways to get around. My property is in quiet residential area - it’s a great family neighborhood, very safe, calm, and relaxed. Spend the day on the beach or a night on the town and come back to quiet, clean, comfortable studio apartment. For security purposes we require that guests have at least one review. Taking into consideration the pandemic and cleaning protocols, we have chosen quality of your stay over quantity of guest bookings. For that reason we do not accept same or next day bookings - we have chosen to keep several days between guest stays- which allows us the benefit of time, with the aim of keeping guests and ourselves safe and healthy.
