Each cleaning is performed by our professional team and costs $200. Screening: The host reserves the right to request additional guest screening at any time. A $25 nightly fee per pet will be applied to reservations that include pets. • Mid-Stay Cleaning – $170. We'll refresh the entire space to its original state, so you can relax and enjoy the city. • Gated Parking for Boats, Jet Skis, RVs, or Trailers – $20/night (26 ft L x 12 ft W space, ideal for vessels up to 22 ft.)
