We provide the following ammenities for all of our guests: IN ROOM 1a) Bedding- bathrobe, fitted cotton sheets, flat sheet, duvet with a duvet cover 1b) Mini fridge, desk, space to hang clothing. 1c) Hygene neccesities- Towel, bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, COMMON AREAS 2) Bathrooms - THERE ARE 2 BATHROOMS LOCATED AT EITHER END THE HALLWAY YOU CAN USE EITHER - toilet, bath shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. 3) KITCHEN - Stove, Full size refrigerator, oven, toaster, filtered water that is cold or hot, coffee, creamer, coffee maker, plates and cups. 4a) HALLWAY Iron, Ironing board, Your private room is secured with a coded lock for your convenience and peace of mind. Shared common areas include the kitchen, bathrooms, and backyard, fostering a friendly and communal atmosphere. Free street parking is available. We are a small team working from the property every day but Saturdays. The best way to reach out to us is via Airbnb messaging. We take pride in maintaining clean and welcoming common areas, which are professionally cleaned daily. However, we kindly ask all guests to be responsible and tidy up after themselves to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Your cooperation in keeping the shared spaces clean is greatly appreciated.
