Is located in an upcoming Design Center 1/2 block to well known EbbFlow Center & Citadel Hub Marketplace @ an strip of Design/Culinary cuisines, & open Bar. It is 10-20mns to Miami Airport & Beaches. Enjoy your time in Miami at our studio. It can also be rent to Long term rental over 2-6 months. *Guests 21yrs+. *This is private room it has a porch.. I give my guests space but I’m available when needed, I am a phone away if you need additional information. I have a manager her name is Ann at 7862128446. My place is located 1 block of 79 St which will take you directly to Miami Beach either in your private automobile or in a Miami Dade Bus. Also we are a few blocks away from I-95 Expressway & 2blocks from major Biscayne Blvd. Metro Dade Transportation is 1 block away. Parking is free off the street, you may see your automobile by the window. Please only register guests allow in the Room, no party or loud music, please be courteous to other Guests in the property. 1 extra rolling bed will be provided for the 3rd Guest. Smoking is only allow 6ft away from the building hbut please do not throw end of cigarrettes on the floor or yard, use a trash bag or foam cup and throw it in the trash container located in the patio. Please do not smoke inside the Room & please be consider to other. Thank you. Please keep the property clean, do not keep full trash bags inside the Room to prevent ants or insects, so please throw your full trash bags inside the green trash container located over the fence on the mail side, thank you. Quite time 10pm to 7am. Keep window & door close at all time as the Room has window A/C and also when you leave the promise to go out, please be sure windows and door are lock.
