Kitchen / Living / Dining are shared, please use before 11PM. At 11PM, Quiet Hours start at the house. Check-in ends 11pm. Cooking/Washing dishes or any use of the kitchen needs to be done BEFORE 11pm. After 11PM, house should be QUIET. This will allow all guests to sleep. Thank you so much for understanding. Its a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in the middle of the city, close to the airport, 5 mins from Famous Calle 8 (8th street) and Little Havana. Very close to Downtown/Brickell area. Airport 10 min - 3 miles Little Havana - 5 min - 1 mile Versailles Restaurant - 4 min - 0.9 mile Marlins Park - 7 min - 2.2 miles Miracle Mile - 7 min - 2.2 miles Venetian pool - 10 min - 3 miles Brickell - 12 min - 4.4 miles American Airlines Arena - 14 min - 5 miles Wynwood - 14 min - 5 miles Port of Miami (Cruises) - 15 min - 6 miles Miami Beach - 19 min - 10 miles Dolphin Mall - 19 min - 10 miles Hard Rock Stadium - 22 min - 17 miles Everglades (Airboat rides and tours) - 40 min - 20+miles The house is located in Flagler St. Which is the street # 1 in Miami, it separates the city south and north, like a border, its a very important street with buses routes going everywhere. Bus is always a very cheap option to get a round Miami, its a big city to get to know and a lot more to see than just the beach. There's the Little Havana route that circulates from Brickell Street to Magic City along Flagler Street. I recommend renting a car if you are vacationing in Miami. It is a big city and the touristic attractions are far from each other. The biggest malls are on the outskirts of the city. Parking is actually affordable and free in lots of places unlike other big cities. Public transportation isn't as widely used as in other big cities in the US and because of this, it isn't the fastest or the most reliable. I also recommend Uber if you don't want to drive. PLEASE NOTE: Do not set the AC below 70 degrees. Doing so will cause it to freeze, stop working, and then leak. It will take hours to thaw back out and there is nothing maintenance can do to fix it when it is like that. A frozen AC is not considered a maintenance emergency and maintenance will not address it until it has had time to thaw out (about 6 hours). To avoid all of this, please keep it at 70 or above, I promise it will still be nice and cool in there set at 70. ☺ PLEASE NOTE: WiFi is provided as a courtesy ONLY. We cannot guarantee it will work at all times, just like any WiFi anywhere else in the world. We will do our best to fix the problem if anything is wrong, but we have to go through the service provider and that could take a few days and is completely out of our control. If you have to have a dedicated connection for work, you should bring your own pocket WiFi just in case as a backup. PLEASE NOTE: that with any property located in the heat *tropical*, you may find that a bug has snuck in, especially when the weather is at extreme temperatures. They can come in on clothing, luggage, under a door, and open window or patio door, anything. They will try to come in when it's raining a lot outside every time you open a door. But that does not mean there is an infestation of any kind. There is a pest control company that comes by and treats the entire property monthly. If you do see one, you can let us know, but we do not have any infestations of any kind as the property is checked by pest control very often, and every day housekeeping cleans it. This is just part of life in our beautiful Miami! :) PLEASE NOTE: Me and the cleaning crew take cleanliness a bit too seriously and often Overdo It with the Bleach, which leads to white/blueish discolorations on the sheets/towels. Please be understanding, we are just trying to provide you with Very, Very clean bedding.
