This apartment is well decorated and ideal for singles, friends, or couples to use as a very convenient base while visiting Miami and South Florida. 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom apartment with outdoor hanging out areas. Queen size bed in the room. Access to free parking on our driveway for 1 car. Access to Washer and Dryer. A short distance from the Design District and Wynwood and within walking distance to the restaurants and cafes in Miami Shores and the Citadel in West Little River. My husband and I live on the back unit of this property which is completely de-attached from the rental unit. You may see us from time to time doing yard work or coming in and out from the front gate. *NOTE FOR DOG OWNERS* We have 2 lovely Weiner dogs & 4 cats that have full access to the backyard but not your apartment. We accept dogs but they must be good with other dogs and cats as you may encounter them. You do have a gated area seperated from my animals. Pets aren't allowed alone in the yard unattended as other pets also live on the property. There is no actual grass on the property, there is turf. Centrally Located in the Miami Shores/El Portal area just off I-95. 5min drive to Neighborhood Publix 3min drive to neighborhood Starbucks Many neighborhood Restaurants within a 3min drive. 10min drive from the beach. 15mins from Wynwood, Downtown & Brickell.
