We provide everything you need to feel like home and fully enjoy Miami's life. The bedrooms have comfy queen-size beds and TV's w/ Netflix, the living-room has a comfortable sofa bed that opens up to a queen-size bed. Miami airport- 15 min away, bus station just one block away. The beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is on the small size and located in the heart of South Beach, just 1 block away to the beach, on Collins Ave . The apartment has: - two queen size beds( each sleeps 2 guests) - 1 twin size bed -sleeps 1 guest - one comfortable sofa-bed ( sleep 2 guests- queen-size) - one bathroom with bathtub, rain shower equipped with: - towels/ hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel - The kitchen equipped with all appliances needed: - silverware, glasses, coffee cups - toaster, coffee machine - stove, refrigerator, freezer, blender - microwave, conventional oven, britta picture - dishes, pots, pans - Central Air Conditioner - 3 Flat Screen TV's one in every room - Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu .. - FREE fast WIFI - beach towels , chairs and umbrella - Iron and ironing board - walk in closets for your convenience The building is one street away from legendary Ocean Dr., where there are tons of restaurants/ bars/ lounges/ clubs around, all walking distance. - Most popular clubs: M2, Mynt, Baoli, Exchange, Vendome, Queens, Story, SLS - Hyde Beach are all walking distance, just a few blocks away and underground house music clubs "Do not sit on the furniture" and "Tree House". - Great small boutiques are situated at your steps on Collins Ave and Lincoln Rd- outdoor pedestrian mall, for your shopping convenience. - The bus stop for all local buses is 1 block away, on Washington Ave and 8th st. - There is a citibike station one block away as well, on Washington Ave and 9th st(the bikes can be rented and dropped to different citibike stations, anywhere on the beach. There are citibike stations every 2 streets. Citibike has a mobile app that shows the map of South Beach with all stations available, number of bikes available at each station and available docking spaces.) Great way to get around South Beach, get to know the neighborhood and enjoy beautiful Miami. Mc Arthur Causeway that takes you to Miami ~ the city in 10 min, is just 3 blocks away and Miami Airport 15- 20 min drive, 150 Airport Flyer Bus and all local busses one block away, FLL airport 30 min away, . You are welcome to use the whole 2 bedroom apartment and everything in the apartment, all building's amenities, as long as you respect it and take care of it as if it would be your own =). As much as needed, but you will not be bothered throughout your stay. The apartment will be all yours. We are available any time you need to contact us =) After you book the apartment, a couple of days before your arrival date, you will receive e-mails with: - Check -in informations - Parking information - Activities, tours, and other fun and exciting things to do in Miami and some helpful tips about the neighborhood - we prefer to communicate on Airbnb until check in, as we manage several apartments and want to avoid any confusion. ( Please don’t e-mail us, we rarely check e-mails.) We use SMS text messaging, “What’s App” for free texting and calling if it’s more convenient =). Flexible check-in/out: - The earliest and latest check in/out times will also depend if there will be other guests check-out/in the same dates that you are checking in/out. If they are, then it will be somewhere mid-day ( my cleaning staff needs about 3-4 hours to set up the apartment in between guests, 11am-3pm). So I will coordinate your preferences with the other guests preferences and I’ll do my best to accommodate all. You will be able to drop your luggage while they set it up ( anytime after 11am and pick up on check out day by 2pm ). - Late check-ins and early check-outs are ok, as we are using electronic locks and lockboxes for keys.
