While it is connected to the main house, the suite is completely private, featuring its own separate entrance and a secure door with locks on both sides. Guests have no shared spaces, allowing for a quiet and independent stay. As the suite is attached to the home, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels respectful, especially during evening hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. ℹ️ Additional Information 🌡 Temperature Control The thermostat is located in the main house and is set to 77°F. and the Mini Split is available for your comfort. • If you feel cold, you may close the air vents • If warm, fans are available and mini split • We’re happy to adjust remotely—just message us 🧻 Supplies We provide starter essentials for your arrival (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Additional supplies will be the guest’s responsibility. 👶 Family Friendly We are baby and toddler-friendly and can provide a pack-n-play upon request. 📹 Security Exterior security cameras are in place for safety purposes. 🌿 Maintenance Gardening service visits twice a month and may require yard access. Sprinklers are also scheduled periodically. 🛡 Travel Insurance We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
