Minutes away from Palmetto and Dolphin Expressways that take you directly to the beach! The property has 2 master bedrooms each with private bathroom and walk-in closet, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. All mattresses are comfy memory foam. Outside, unwind in the pool, soak in the sun on stylish outdoor furniture, or enjoy a BBQ with friends and family under the stars. Whether you're starting your morning with a coffee poolside or winding down after a beach day, this home is your sanctuary. Enjoy your stay in Miami with luxury combined with coziness. House Rules: -No loud noise outside after 10pm (please respect our neighbors, noise monitor present) -No smoking inside the property ($500 fine) -No events or parties -No pets -Do not flush anything other than toilet paper -Late checkout until 1pm costs $200 and a full night’s cost after that -Please take care of our home as you would your own Entire property except utility closets through the app or text from 8am to 8pm Ac’s: There are 2 Thermostats, one in the hallway and one next to the coffee bar Trash: There are 2 dumpsters, the blue one is for recyclables and the green one is for miscellaneous Safety: 1. There is a First Aid kit underneath the kitchen sink. 2. There is also a fire extinguisher underneath the sink. Pool Safety: 1. There are door alarms in the doors leading to the pool which you can turn on in case you have children and want to be alerted when they step out. 2. There is a pool alarm you can use in case you want to be alerted when a child goes in the pool. 3. There is pool buoy present next to the pool. Pool maintenance: The pool technician goes every Monday morning around 7am to perform the routine maintenance, he goes through the side entrance to not disturb guests. Landscaping: The landscaper goes on Thursdays and enters through the side entrance, he doesn’t go in the house. Please let us know if you don’t wish for the pool maintenance or landscaper to access the property during your stay.
