My place is close to parks, restaurants and dining, great views, Miami International Airport( 2 Min) Coconut Grove(12 Min), South Beach(20 Min).You love my place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. The places is good for couples, families(with kids), business, travelers. Full kitchen with oven ( microwave, refrigerator, utilities are included), small terrace for relax and smoke House in the back occupied for the owner of property,do not pass after the limit of the terrace is private by the owners, the property has a parking lot to the left of the property, and the owner has two parking spaces avoid being required Due to the centralized and residential neighborhood the home is located; loud music, home parties or loud noises are not allowed, since it will cause disturbance in the neighborhood and police might be contacted by neighbors. Please make yourself at home, and take care of my house as if it were your own. It was renovated just a few months ago so everything is brand new!,
