We have a ring camera facing the front driveway and a floodlight camera facing the back yard for security reasons. Living in Florida means dealing with the realities of our tropical climate. Leaving doors open invites bugs inside, and during heavy rains. House Rules:     1.    Parking: A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed. Please park only in the driveway or the street parking right in front of the home. No grass parking or additional vehicles are permitted.     2.    No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — including inside the house, the terrace, balconies, and the driveway area. This is a completely smoke-free home. A $100 fee will occur.     3.    Visitors: All visitors must be pre-approved by management. Please notify us in advance, especially for gatherings involving multiple guests. • No late-night parties • No loud music after 9:00 p.m.
