The apartment includes a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies. A mandatory building policy requires the host to be present with the guest at the time of check-in. Check-in hours are from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. “THE GUEST MUST CONFIRM THEIR ARRIVAL TIME TO THE BUILDING WHEN REQUESTING THE RESERVATION.” Early check-in may be possible depending on availability. Please inquire when submitting your reservation request. Upon arrival, guests must register at the front desk and sign the building rules form. The building will provide an access card for entry to the apartment during your stay. Mandatory resort fee: $35 per night (This fee is charged per night, not per person, and is not included in the Airbnb price. It is charged by the “Hotel” at the front desk at check-in.)
