Note/: This Medium small size Room with a Queen bed is Private and has 2 doors with locks and codes. With a slanting roof, and ceiling, the portable AC and private smart TV makes this room special. Shared Shower and Bathroom. You have to walk across the kitchen and living room to the bathroom. This Room is inside a Property with other rooms and Guests. If you Love seeing people and socializing or just doing your vibes, this is great place to be. We have some guests that don't like to interact, they like this place even more since Rooms are good full-time privacy. All rooms have smart Locks and codes. Also, like any other tropical setting with amazing Tropical climate, be cautious If you hate to see insects. We don't like insects but at times they follow lights. Yes we have chemical application and insect's trapper, they die shortly. This is a Tropical climate, everything loves it !!! It doesn't mean you will live and eat with insects, this is a caution to avoid any Drama since we have zero Drama Policy. Everyone Loves it Down here, so much fun to life. Parking is first come first park, reserve parking to the property. Note: We open our swimming Pool to our guests. That is not part of your booking. It's an amenity we have offered to you for free. Pool is highest maintenance, I don't think you wanna pay alot for booking because of pool maintenance additional charges.. However, we offer it for free to our Lovely guests when ever pool is ready or as it is. You will have full access to the pool and pool areas including BBQ & Grill, but don't be low if there is no propane Gaz or if the pool is not clean as you want. It's free for you. We love our guests as much as we don't want our guests to spend more money on booking. We have additional services at cost when available. Extra bedsheets, towels, tissue paper etc additional cost applies. Extra cleaning at a cost. Note/: Everyone is advised to eat at dining table to avoid staining sheets, towels, Rug(carpet) etc You will be charged a full set replacement fee if one item out of a set is stained. No drugs allowed, no drugs smoking allowed. Furthermore, If you leave a mess at anytime during your stay in any shared areas or anywhere in the property or after checkout, you will be charge cleaning fees and inconvenience fees accordingly.
