Guests will have access to the backyard outdoor gazebo with sink, mini refrigerator, electric grill, shade umbrella, table and chairs is offered for the guests to enjoy the outdoors privately. Please note: This house is not not child friendly-baby-friendly. Please note: The space is a guesthouse at the back of the main property. We can be as close or as far as you wish! Our main goal is for you to enjoy your stay. We can sit and get to know each other better and point you in the direction of our favorite Miami spots. We are located minutes away from MIA in a quiet residential area. Miami Springs combines the intimacy and charm of a small town with the benefits of being located in a major international city. You'll be greeted with calm, tree-lined streets and houses heavy on curb-appeal. We're centrally located nearby local attractions and public transportation options and only a 10-15 minute ride from major destinations like Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, Doral Coral Gables, Midtown Miami. It's your own private oasis in the middle of Miami! Miami Springs itself is highly walkable. We are a 10 minute ride from the nearest Metrorail station, which will connect you with Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables and more. Ubers/Lyfts arrive quickly and can take you to points further. We will be communicating through the Airbnb app. (No exceptions) Check-in is 4 pm - Check-out is 11 am. Adults bikes available for your enjoyment free of charge, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Yoga mats and dumbbells available for your use. Please keep in mind that you are staying in a house/home and not a hotel. If a problem arises we will act as quickly as possible. Please know there is no repair/maintenance/cleaning available 24/7. Please read all the description, rules, policy and details of the property. Note we do not have a full kitchen. For stays longer than a week we offer/schedule a mid-stay room refresh upon request. It does not accommodate children. It's not child friendly-baby-friendly. Please note: Francisca's Place does not have a full kitchen with oven/range. However it does have everything you need for light cooking. Spices, blender, nonstick sandwich press, microwave, toaster, mini refrigerator, ice machine, outdoor electric grill, utensils, tongs, knives, kitchen spoons, mixing bowls, whisks, pots, pans, cutting board and an outdoor burner upon request. Nothing stopping you from creating the perfect breakfast and meal of a lifetime in a beautiful relaxing setting. Enjoy!
