Our airbnb is equipped with a full bathroom, Queen bed, TV, Kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, sink, coffee maker with coffee, dining table, glass/dishwares, utensils) and parking for one car. It is a rapidly developing area with a growing art scene, located just north of the Miami Design District. This neighborhood is an up and coming area, please do your research about this neighborhood if you are not familiar with it or just ask us. Insects and iguanas are a common occurrence in our subtropical environment. Please keep doors and windows closed. We regularly spray for insects but please take note that you may encounter various lnsects during your stay.
