It is a studio with French doors and new floors. There is a remote gate, there may be chickens roaming the property. We welcome children, honeymooners, business folk, wayfaring strangers, pets of all kinds :-) Enjoy the deep tub, super comfy pristine bed, commune with nature, all while being right in Miami. 9 miles to Hard Rock Casino, 15 miles to South Beach
You will have the entire cottage and your own private yard. You are welcome to investigate the gardens and animals.

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
