Very close to Florida International University, Dolphin Mall, International Mall, Top Golf. A few streets away are several restaurants, markets and recreational centers. There is so much to discover just by walking! If you are going to one of the interesting neighborhoods nearby, Uber rides will be very cheap. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation and a $1,000 fine. 👤 Only registered guests are allowed. Unregistered visitors are not permitted. 👥 Guest Capacity: The home accommodates up to 12 guests. The reservation includes up to 8 guests. Guests 9 through 12 require an additional fee per person. Please make sure to include the correct number of guests when booking. 🚗 Parking: 3 free parking spaces included with your reservation. Street parking is not allowed, and vehicles may be towed by local authorities. 🐾 Pets We are pet-friendly. • Maximum 2 pets • Pets must be added to the reservation • Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas • Please clean up after your pets 🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use the designated bins and follow local collection guidelines. ⏰ Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: 4:00 PM You will receive the door access code before your arrival.
