We reserve the right to withhold the check in by 2 hrs when we have guests checking out same day.
- Parties and/or outside visitors are not allowed .
- There is a propane tank for outdoor kitchen. We don’t provide the gas or refill the tank. Guest should re fill propane tank if is empty.
- Loud noise in pool area is not allowed
- Smoking inside the house is Prohibited.
- We dont pre heat pool before guests arrival.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
