Get to know all of Miami at this centrally located studio in the Little River neighborhood. Minutes from Ironside, Mimo and Little river districts, you'll enjoy Miami's best up and coming areas all from this cozy apartment studio. Our airbnb is equipped with a full bathroom, Queen bed, TV, kitchenette (mini fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, sink, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, dining table, glass/dishwares, utensils) and free parking for one car. Add on Unit 4 to make it a 2 bedroom. BED - 1 queen bed with wardrobe and TV KITCHENETTE - 1 mini fridge/freezer, keurig machine with coffee capsules, microwave, stove and sink. 1 Dining bar for two. BATHROOM - 1 shower with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. LAUNDRY- Shared Laundry room usable all hours except between 11am to 3pm. PARKING - 1 parking space available for cars and smaller suvs/pickup trucks. Larger, extended SUV's and pickups trucks may not fit and will need to park on the street. GRILLS - shared grills on property Guests will have private access to their individual studio. The property grounds have 3 units sharing the parking and the washer and dryer in the laundry room. Laundry room is not available from 11am to 3pm. There are shared (charcoal/wood) grills on the property. BBQ utensils are provided in your apartment. Wood or charcoal is not provided. We're available 24 hours if our guests need anything at all. Little River is an up-and-coming neighborhood within Little Haiti. Some of my favorite spots nearby are: Bar Bucce: Great bar and eatery La Natural: Great pizza and pasta. Sunny's: Excellent steakhouse Imperial Moto Cafe: Coffee shop While our property is not within a major metropolitan district, it is very close to major metro areas. Therefore, please note typical city noises from the street and the railway can be heard. **This unit is a private unit but has a connecting door, please keep tv and voice volume low. **Please note insects are common in this tropical environment. Please keep doors and windows closed and keep the studio clean to avoid issues. **Our property is lan economical option located in an up-and-coming, working class area. If you have questions about the neighborhood, please contact the host before booking. **Parking is for one small car. Our parking space is tight. If you have a larger car or SUV you may be required to park on the street behind the property.
