Guests have access to two shared bathrooms and a full kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, and coffee station. For your convenience, coin-operated laundry facilities are available just across the street at our sister properties. To ensure the comfort of all residents, the air conditioning is maintained at a consistent 74°F. Please note that there is free on-street parking available, and certain driveways are also enabled for guest use. Each guest receives two secure access codes: one for the main entrance of the house and a private code specifically for their room. This ensures a seamless and secure self check-in process. On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, you will receive a detailed message containing the physical address, your designated room number, and the unique electronic codes for both doors. For your convenience, we also provide the Wi-Fi credentials and a dedicated contact number for any urgent matters. Our team is available through the app to assist with any questions. We are a small team dedicated to making your stay comfortable. We provide on-site assistance from 10 am to 5 pm, Sunday through Friday. Additionally, remote support is available daily from 10 am to midnight to help with any questions or needs. Please keep in mind that on-site assistance is very limited on Saturdays as it is our staff's day of rest. The best and most efficient way to reach us at any time is via Airbnb messaging. You will be able to reach Miami's most popular neighborhood (Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Midtown) within 20mn. We are also next to the Douglas MetroRail station, Miami's elevated train system. It takes under 10 minutes to reach Downtown, saving you the hassle of parking downtown. The MetroRail also offers a direct connection to MIA airport in under 20 minutes. Moreover, it seamlessly connects to the free MetroMover, a transit service loop that covers the entire Downtown area. We kindly ask our guests to do their part by leaving the kitchen and bathrooms as clean as they found them after use. Since this is a shared house experience, please be mindful of noise levels to respect other guests. As a reminder, the property is kept at a comfortable 74°F and does not have a heating system. Also, while we offer coin-operated laundry, remember it is located at our sister properties just across the street. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the house a great place for everyone.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
