And you can bike or walk everywhere you have citi bike rentals across the street on fifth South Point or Lincoln Mall .or Nikki beach are at walking distance there is a sideboard walk that goes to South Point from one side and to Lincoln road or to Delano hotel from the other side you have Lummus park with a free open air gym and volley courts across the street You can take a free trolley o the Freebee car ( just tip the driver) there is gelato to go on the fourth street and free yoga class on the beach at third street There is a public parking garage on Seventh street and Washington Ave There is a valet parking There are parking meters on six street and Ocean Drive The building is on the Ocean Drive so you have the beach across the street You have bars and cafe around the corner And supermarket and shopping too And you can rent a bike or have free yoga lessons on the beach at third street every day at 5.00 pm in the winter and at 6.00 pm Daylight saving time
