The guesthouse features a kitchenette, outdoor dining area, outdoor living room, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a queen bed, washer/dryer and one bathroom. You will not have the typical dining area or living room inside. The outside will be your area to relax and enjoy Miami's weather. When the nighttime comes, you enjoy the light bulbs that will make you feel in paradise. We will be a message or call away. We want to make sure this is the best stay you ever have. The neighborhood is a old quiet neighborhood. We do not offer parking on the premises, but there is plenty of street parking. LOCATION is the best part of this place, it is the reason we even moved here. To get to the highway and beach it is extremely fast and all the popular places is about 20 minutes away.
