Home is located on a very quiet. family oriented block. There’s a park 200 feet from the home with basketball courts.
Easiest way to get around is having a car but Uber/ Lyft works well especially going to Hard Rock Stadium which is 5 mins away.
No children under the age of 16 allowed. Home has a pool and can be a danger to adolescents.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
