Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds Bedroom 5: This is a combo gameroom/bedroom with a pull out couch. Features on-suite bathroom, games and TV Guest may choose to use the side gate or park their vehicle inside the gate. So it is well equipped for 3 days to a longer stay. No Parties or Events: * Absolutely no parties, gatherings, events, or celebrations. * Excessive noise will not be tolerated. * Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Violation will result in immediate removal without refund. No Smoking: * No smoking inside or outside the property. * Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee
