The building is centrally located and walking distance to City Centre Mall, Whole Foods/CVS, restaurants and bars. Just a short drive to the design district & south beach. *Hotel management requires a photo ID or driver’s license for all guests prior to check-in. All adults occupying the unit must be registered in the system to access building amenities such as the pool, gym and spa. *A safe is available in the unit upon request, lockout assistance that requires in-person support will incur a fee of one hundred dollar. *Amenity access is limited to four adults per building policy. Minors are exempt and do not need to be registered. *Late check-in between 6:00 PM -12:00 AM incurs a fee of one hundred. *Late check-out between 11:00 AM -1:00 PM is one hundred fifty dollars. Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
