Candles are not allowed inside. · Pool & BBQ The pool is not heated but is warmed naturally by the Florida sun. It is professionally serviced once a week. Natural debris (leaves, etc.) can occur between cleanings; daily service is available for an additional $50 fee We also provide propane for the BBQ grill and ask that you clean it after each use to avoid a $50 cleaning fee. · Pets & Wildlife No pets are allowed, including service/emotional support animals (due to allergies). Exceptions will be considered contact us additional fee will apply. The tropical climate includes insects, lizards, and iguanas; keep doors closed. Encounters with such animals or small droppings do not qualify for refunds. Cleanup supplies are provided. · Longer Stays For stays of 2 weeks or more, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the reservation to maintain the home's quality. · Check-in / Check-out Early check-in or late check-out available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability.
