The 1925 Water Tower is a cozy and welcoming home. This piece of Coconut Grove history has been completely remodeled to include all modern amenities. The home includes 1 loft Queen bedroom and a living, dining, kitchen and bath area on the first floor. Futon Queen sofa bed. Roku connected TV (no cable). Short walk to Coconut grove restaurants, marina and shops but car recommended to explore the city. Free Parking. Snacks and coffee/creamer. The inside of the property has been completely remodeled to make efficient use of all the space. Everything has been designed to make guests feel welcomed and rested. A small work area under the stairs can even accommodate a laptop. A loft ladder opens to the bedroom - this is not suitable for small children to climb on! A Queen size futon open in the living room. The outdoor space includes an artificial grass soccer field for guests' use and Coconut Grove largest Banyan tree to explore (supervise children to not climb on tree). Table and chairs to dine alfresco and gas BBQ are also available. Double hammock for a nap. This is South Florida so expect to see bugs and wildlife. We provide spray and mosquitoes repellents for guests to use. This is part of our home and we thrive to make people feel at home too. We ask our guests to take care of the space as they would their own. Guests can walk to the center of Coconut Grove (12-15min) where bars, restaurants and shops are located. We have parking space on the street in front of the property for Guests to use - Parking is free on the property. Car is however recommended to explore the city. Owners live in the main house adjacent to the place - We are available to answer any questions before and during your stay! Coconut Grove is well known for its tree canopy and relaxed lifestyle. Its nightlife is bustling with activities with great restaurants and bars a short walk away! 15 min drive from the airport, downtown and Dadeland mall. Walk to the center of Coconut Grove to restaurants, bars and cafes. Take the free Trolley to downtown. Take the bus or walk to the train station. Rent a bike and discover the 5 miles Commodore Trail. Car rental or Uber recommended to explore the City. We provide bedding, towels, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soaps for guests but bring your own toiletries. Kitchen has coffee and creamers. A few snacks, water bottles/soda for when you arrive. There is a small supply of cleaning products to use during your stay. **Please do not hesitate to request additional cleaning items if needed**
