▶ PARKING:
- Park only on the paved driveway, which fits up to four vehicles.
- Do not park on the grass next to the driveway. Buried sprinkler heads in the front lawn can be crushed by vehicle tires, resulting in repair charges.
- Overflow parking is permitted on the side easement only (not the front of the house).
- No vehicle may extend into the road, even partially. Vehicles in the road will be reported to zoning by neighbors and may result in fines or towing.
▶ Please remember to return all keys to the lockbox upon check-out. Failure to return the keys will result in a minimum charge of $150 to cover key replacement and related expenses.
▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside, except in the pool area.
If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▶ TRASH: Please place trash bins located in the dedicated fence enclosure outside the garage door on the curb every Tuesday and Friday for garbage collection. Recyclables are collected every other Friday (e.g., next pickup is 6/27/25). Ensure trash bags are sealed properly before placing them in the bins and return the containers promptly after pickup.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
