Excellent location. This is a semi detached studio. Completely private, no shared space with the home. Once the reservation is confirmed I will provide instructions and include the checkin instructions. The studio has a private outdoor entrance & patio. I enjoy meeting my guest, however at times it might be difficult as I work and am a student at my local university. I am more than happy to offer suggestions about the best locations to visit during their stay and include menus in the studio for local delivery. Our neighborhood is located in East Coral Gables. Enjoy a beautiful Spanish style home and community with near by, walking distance restaurants and nightlife. This studio home is walking distance from The Magic City Casino, Coral Gables, and a short drive to little Havana and Coconut Grove. The coral Gables Trolley stop is just two blocks from the studio. Enjoy FREE transportation to Coral Gables and Brickell/Biscayne, Please note the second portable twin sleeper is only set up for parties of 3. If you are a party of two and wish to have the sleeper set up there is an additional $15 per night cost. I am an experienced host with many years of experience.
