You'll enjoy staying in our private residential apartment inside the hotel with free valet parking. Just a heads up, we don't offer any other hotel amenities. Please note that the washer and dryer in the unit is for private use only and not part of the rental. Fresh towels and linens will be provided upon your arrival, though we don't offer replacements or extras during your stay. Cleaning service during your stay is not included, but can be arranged for $195 per service if needed. Additionally, it's important to clarify that we do not have control over the hotel management and staff. Therefore, any issues with the hotel should not be attributed to the host. We prefer to provide you with a cheaper rate and let you decide if you want to use these amenities. THE LOCATION Our Apartment is located in North Miami Beach. This is our favorite area to stay in all of Miami Beach. A more local scene, with less crowded and beautiful beaches, great restaurants from dive bars to fine dining, a supermarket across the street, and easy access to shopping, night life, and everything Miami Beach has to offer. Our guests will enjoy full access to our comfortable and beautiful unit, which are designed to provide everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. !!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!! This Airbnb listing rental exclusively provides accommodation in our private resident unit within the hotel, along with one valet parking spot.
