To keep them outside, we recommend keeping things closed up when not in use. We do our best to treat the property, but a bit of mindfulness goes a long way!
🚽 Plumbing Tips: To keep everything running smoothly, please only use flushable toilet paper. It helps maintain the plumbing and ensures a hassle-free experience.

🧺 Laundry: We offer a convenient laundry facility for your use. Feel free to bring and use your favorite detergent.
🚪Room:One extra room in the house is used for personal belongings and storage. Please do not enter this area.
🪑 High Chair:The first high chair and child bed are provided free of charge for those in need. For additional requests, we charge $50 per item.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
