This is a well maintained, beautifully decorated 3/2 home, plus a 1/1 guest house in the backyard. Very near to the hard rock stadium, close to several major highways, it’s easy to access all that Miami and Broward have to offer. Especially good for visitors that plan to explore the surrounding area & want a clean comfortable place to come home to relax. Very near to lots of shopping with plenty of parking. The backyard & patio have been recently added, including a large gas grill & a hammock!
Super cute, open floor plan. Furnishings are comfortable and chic. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathrooms have bidets. Beds have duvets. The house has lots of natural light and ample parking.
***IMPORTANT***
MAIN HOUSE sleeps up to 9 guests as follows:
-Bedroom #1 with attached bath sleeps 2 people in king size bed
-Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 people in king size bed
-Bedroom #3 sleeps 3 people total (this room has one double bed and one trundle twin that slides out as can be seen in the photos)
Our “casita” in the backyard is an additional space that will allow for a total of 12 people to stay at our property, as it can sleep up to 3 additional guests as follows:
-one double bed
-one queen bed
This isn’t a house for parties but is great for small groups. If you dont plan to take care of our place, please dont rent it!
Guests have access to the whole house, backyard, and additional guest house. All backyard areas that are covered in mulch or gravel are for guests’ enjoyment. Areas not covered by mulch or gravel are off limits.
Trampoline and swing are for small children only and are to be used AT GUEST’S OWN RISK!
We know our guests want to relax and “get away from it all” while on vacation, so you will likely not be hearing from us during your stay unless there’s something urgent. However, if you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out!
An authentically miami neighborhood! All kinds of food in the area. Close to major highways! Walking distance to a “ventanita” where coffee and food are sold. A very convenient, private place to stay!
All bedrooms in main house have tv with roku and room darkening blinds.
Bathrooms have good hot water, upgraded showerheads, and bidets on the toilets.
Very close to shopping and food such as Target, Walmart, Costco, BJs, CVS, Walgreens, tropical smoothie, crumbl cookie, lots of fast food, chili’s, Starbucks, chick fil a, chipotle, and more!
Backyard is available for guest use…all areas that are covered in mulch or gravel are for guests enjoyment. Areas not covered by mulch or gravel are off limits.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
