This is a Room with a private entrance independent from the house and self check in, we live 5 min away from MIA airport and we are 10 min away from Miami Beach and all its beaches, bars and night clubs, 5 min from City of Miami Downtown, 10 min to Coral Gables and 12 min from Coconut Grove, also there is plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores around our area. We live in Central Miami. Our private room is sparkling clean just completely remodeled with all inside the room brand new including appliances, bedding and cookware, an induction stove, a medium size kitchenette with two coffee makers for your choice of coffee (American or expresso) , a completely remodeled private bathroom, the room is on one side of the house and easily accessible with smart lock. Access is granted by a hallway on the left side of the house through a Keypad lock on a white metal door, there is a smart lock also on the door that access the room. Free parking in front of the house on a designated parking spot. We are family oriented and most of the time there is somebody in the house to provide you with the best possible experience during our host, we encourage our guest to let us know anything or any issue they encounter in our place so we can improve our service, that’s why we strive for the best possible opinions. We live in a quiet neighborhood next to 836 Dolphin expressway which is one of the main arteries of Miami-Dade expressways system which connects to Miami Beach (10 min drive), Downtown Miami (5 min drive), Miami International Airport (5 min drive), Port of Miami (5 min drive), Coconut Grove and Coral Gables (10 min drive), Dolphin Mall (15 min drive) We have a lot of recommendations to get around, we live in an area where there is plenty of supermarkets, restaurants from minutes drive, 5 min away from world famous “Calle 8” etc
