You might be sharing the backyard with me, my Family members or an Airbnb guest. I’m the only english speaker in the house but my Family will do the best to help you out and feel comfortable at our place. Our place is surrounded by residential properties but with a main avenue near by with plenty of commercial and retail stores. There are a lot of Dominican Republic and Central American restaurants including food trucks in some corners, there is a Shopping center with a Wendy’s Restaurant and a Win Dixie Super Market / Grocery Store right on 54th St and 12th Ave. The 24 hrs Gas station is only 2 blocks away from the house right on 56th St and 17th Ave. No parking available. We don’t offer inside of the property parking, but you can definitely do off-street parking on 56th Street, there are always spots available. I might have inside parking available sometimes at extra charge, let me know in advance. Take the Metro, bus or inexpensive shared Uber/Lyft. NO PARKING AVAILABLE If you are looking for long time baths or showers with hot water, this is not the place! The room is equipped only with a 2.5 Gallons water heater, meaning that once you spent the 2.5 Gallons, a few minutes needs to be waited until the tanks fills back again with the water off in order to provide hot water again. NO PARKING AVAILABLE.
